Muscle Rub Tin with Hemp Oil
Rub well on the desired area, apply 3 to 4 times daily or as needed. Do not apply to wounds, damaged, or irritated skin. Apply after a hot bath or shower for better absorption.
Muscle Spray with Hemp Oil
Spray 2 to 3 pumps on the affected area and let it absorb into the skin. The product is quickly absorbed but may be rubbed in after spraying if desired. Shake well before use.

How do I use the muscle rub? How often? How long do I rub it in?
We apologize for being a bit vague here but we don’t publicize instructions for use because our product is used for so many different ailments and people are in various degrees of pain. What we recommend is to scoop out a large amount of our muscle rub (size of a marble) rub it into the area of pain for 30-60 seconds. Wash hands after application. Repeat anytime there is pain.
